• The Equipments will be issued only to the active members of the club.
• Equipments will be issued by the respective Representative/Coordinators after submission of a valid proposal.
• Maxmimum number of equipmnts issued to a single person is limited to 5.
• Any damage or loss of the Equipments will be borne by the person issuing the Equipments
• Equipments will be issued for 7 days. It can be extended only after submitting a progress report at the end of the week.
• Skipping the deadlines set by issuers will invite a fine decided by the executive of BOST.
